The 21 Day Body Transformation Challenge is a full body, high-intensity program, led by me LIVE five days a week!
In every live workout session, you will do two back-to-back ten-minute workouts, specifically programmed by me.
We’ll start each day with one workout focusing on a specific body part (abs, arms, legs, and glutes) and then complete one of my full-body, high-intensity, Power HIIT (PHIIT) workouts.
In 21 minutes you will be dripping with sweat as you torch calories while you're sculpting your dream body.
Each of the two daily live workouts is 10 minutes of high-intensity exercise created to burn calories and fat, build sexy lean muscle, and sculpt the body of your dreams.
During every workout, I'll demonstrate both Level One and Level Two movements, so you can follow the level that is appropriate for your current fitness level!
Level One is a bodyweight or light dumbbell workout, depending on your fitness level. You will use the weight that is appropriate for your current level and increase as you get stronger!
Level Two uses bodyweight and dumbbells (moderate to heavy based on your fitness level) to challenge you and your muscles in ways you’ve never seen before.
No matter your fitness level, I am going to push you harder, and farther than you’ve ever been pushed before.... all to give you the body of your dreams!
