Introduction To Summer PowerArms shows you the exact movements, including modifications, to help you start to work on your arm, shoulder, and back muscles.
The correct positioning of your hands, arms, and even elbows, makes all of the difference in shaping your arms, shoulders, and upper back.
Every day you do these exercises, you’ll start to tone and see definition in your arms, shoulders, and upper back!
Learn and master these exercises as your base, and when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level One of Summer PowerArms.
Level One is a bodyweight workout only (no equipment needed).
This is not the easy level. Level One is designed to push you hard with no equipment needed.
You will see a visual change from these workouts within days.
Every day you do these 10 minute workouts, you’ll start to feel stronger and see definition begin to show in your arms, shoulders, and back!
Level Two - Summer PowerArms introduces bands or light weights into Level Two to challenge your muscles in new ways.
More resistance means more ways that your muscles will be challenged. More of a challenge, means greater results, faster.
Level Two introduces bands or light weights to kick up the intensity of your workout. If you want to work up a sweat, here you go!
It’s time to get spicy. Your arms will burn, and feel the effects of this level the next day.
Level Two targets your arms, shoulders, and back muscles and adds extra resistance so you truly see and feel a difference right away.
