We go 5 days a week. 3 days on, one day of rest. 2 days on, and another day of rest.
Each day you’ll spend only 10 minutes stretching and strengthening your body in ways you never have before focusing on each area of your body until you work up to a weekly full body stretch.

Each day contains an introduction video with a demonstration of each exercise, as well as your 10-minute workout video.
In each video, you'll see the workout being taught by Joli, and demonstrated by Joli and Alexi showing you Levels One and Two.
Follow along with them to scale your workout to your current level.
Once you learn the proper and precise techniques and commit to the program, you’ll start to see and feel an immediate change in your body from your head to your toes.

Level One is the Foundation.
You start here. Level One shows you the exact movements you’ll be doing to achieve the full stretch for each movement in the flow and how to properly breathe through the movement for the best results.

This is the level anyone can do and master!
Every day you do these movements, you’ll start to feel stronger and see an increase in your flexibility!
Learn and master these movements as your base, and then when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level Two.
Level Two - You have mastered the foundation movements in Level One, you’re ready for the next level and here it is!
Level Two works up a real sweat as you move deeper into each stretch.
You will move through a series of professionally designed movements to move your body in all-new ways. You will feel the effects of this level the next day.
In the next 30 days, you’ll find that each day you’ll go farther and deeper into each stretch. This is a world-class program you will see results from!
