PHIIT Strength is designed to fit into your life to make it as easy as possible for you to begin your strength training and focus on sculpting your body.
Each day you’ll do 10 minutes of strength training along with short rest periods between sets (no workout runs longer than 20 minutes). This will work your full body in ways you never have before, with only a set of dumbbells.
All without getting dressed for the gym or trying to find a babysitter or the time to squeeze in a long workout.
Once you get started and commit to my program, you’ll start to see and feel an immediate change in your body. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you'll feel stronger and healthier! Many people say they start to see and feel a difference in the first few days!
Each day contains an introduction video with a demonstration of each exercise, as well as your workout video.
In each video, you'll see the workout being taught by me, and demonstrated by Caroline and Arielle showing you Levels One and Two.
Follow along with them to scale your workout to your current level.
Once you learn the techniques and commit to the program, you’ll start to see and feel an immediate change!
Level One is designed to push you hard with bodyweight and light to moderate dumbbells depending on your fitness level.
You will see a visual change from these workouts within days.
Every workout in PHIIT Strength starts with these Level One exercises. This is the level anyone can do and master!
Learn and master these exercises as your base, and then when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level Two.
Level Two is not for beginners!
You should have first mastered Level One, or have experience with strength training workouts prior to starting Level Two.
Level Two uses dumbbells (moderate to heavy based on your fitness level) to challenge you and your muscles in ways you’ve never seen before.
