Level One is the foundation.
You start here. Level One shows you the exact movements you’ll be doing to get to work on those leg muscles, especially those inner thighs!
Every workout in PowerLegs starts with these Level One exercises. This is the level anyone can do and master!
Every day you do these exercises, you’ll start to feel stronger and see tone and definition in your legs!
Learn and master these exercises as your base, and then when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level Two.
Level Two - You have mastered the foundation movements in Level One or have been working out prior to starting the program and are ready for more. You’re ready for the next level and here it is!
Level Two works up a real sweat. It’s time to get spicy. Your legs will burn and feel the effects of this level, especially the next day.
