Day 2: "Midline Burn" - Your core is so much more than just your abs. Your midline (the area everybody sees!) runs from your glutes/hip area all the way to your shoulders. This is the focal point of your body!
On Day 2 you will hit all areas of your midline to truly define and slim your body.
Day 3: "Stabilization Day" - Today you focus on strength!
