Every workout in PowerGlutes starts with these Level One exercises. This is the level anyone can do and master!
Every day you do these exercises, you’ll start to feel stronger and see definition start to show in your glutes!
Learn and master these exercises as your base, and then when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level Two.
Level Two - You have mastered the foundation movements in Level One or have been working out prior to starting the program and are ready for more. You’re ready for the next level and here it is!
Level Two works up a real sweat. It’s time to get spicy. Your glutes will burn and feel the effects of this level the next day.
