The Summer Slim Down Challenge is a full body, high-intensity program, taught by me live five days a week!

Starting Monday, June 6, you’ll join me live as I work with you to sculpt muscle, strengthen your full body, and melt away body fat in only 30 days!

In every live workout session, you will work on a specific body part and then complete a full-body, high-intensity, Power HIIT workout.

Each of the two daily workouts is 10 minutes of high-intensity exercise created to burn calories and fat, sculpt sexy lean muscle, and get you fitter than you have ever been before!

With a special blend of PHIIT and Power workouts, the Summer Slim Down Challenge is designed to maximize your workouts each day to get your body in the best shape of your life in time for summer.

It all starts on Monday!

Your Summer Slim Down Challenge Includes…
5 Days of Live Workouts Each Week! You will have exclusive access to live high-intensity workouts 5 days a week. led by me, to tighten, tone, shred, and sculpt your body so you are ready to conquer the beach, pool, and lake!

In each of the 10 minute workouts, you’ll be pushed harder and further than any typical HIIT workout.

Each day all you’ll need is a floor and a pair of dumbbells to work your full body in ways you never have before for incredible summer-ready results!

My Summer Slim Down Challenge is designed to fit into your life to make it as easy as possible for you to begin your summer fitness journey and get to work on sculpting your body.

All without getting dressed for the gym or trying to find a babysitter or the time to squeeze in a long workout.

Once you get started and commit to our program, you’ll start to see and feel an immediate change in your body. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you see results!

Each day, I will show you the workouts for both Level One and Level Two. You will follow the level that is appropriate for your current fitness level!

Level One is a bodyweight or light dumbbell workout, depending on your fitness level. You will use the weight that is appropriate for your current level and increase as you get stronger!

This is not an easy level. Level One is designed to push you hard to get your heart rate up and your muscles firing from head to toe.

You will see a visual change from these workouts within days.

Every Summer Slim Down Challenge workout starts with these Level One exercises. This is the level anyone can do and master!

Learn and master these exercises as your base, and then when you’re ready, you’ll move up to Level Two.

Level Two is not for beginners!

You should have first mastered Level One, or have experience in high-intensity workouts prior to starting Level Two.

Level Two uses dumbbells (moderate to heavy based on your fitness level) to challenge you and your muscles in ways you’ve never seen before.
