The 21-Day Summer Body Challenge is a full-body, high-intensity program, led by Miranda LIVE five days a week!
In every workout session, you will do two back-to-back ten-minute workouts, specifically programmed for women who want dramatic results.
We’ll break for 1 minute between workouts.
In 21 minutes you will be dripping with sweat as you torch calories while you're sculpting your summer body.
Each of the two daily workouts is 10 minutes of high-intensity exercise created to burn calories and fat, build sexy lean muscle, and sculpt the summer body of your dreams.
During every workout, both Level One and Level Two movements will be demonstrated, so you can follow the level that is appropriate for your current fitness level!
Level One is a bodyweight or light dumbbell workout, depending on your fitness level. You will use the weight that is appropriate for your current level and increase as you get stronger!
Level Two uses bodyweight and dumbbells (moderate to heavy based on your fitness level) to challenge you and your muscles in ways you’ve never seen before.
No matter your fitness level, you’re going to be pushed harder and farther than you’ve ever been pushed before.... all to give you the summer body of your dreams!
